A LOVER
How do I tell my love in a poem?
When my heart beats fast… It is louder than crashing vessels.
In making heaven, I left a stain there, a tear.
A broken symphony in all my songs.
But I’m waiting, to reach the stars in your eyes were your promises breath.
A MOTHER
I am walking in the dark, my son on my hand.
It’s late and the moon stares.
I close my eyes to remember the horror of the night.
The men that pulled my hair, skin, laughed in my ears.
The piercing pain…
I see the shadows, my eyes widen.
“We won’t touch you because of your son”
Broken.
A FATHER
My heart bleeds like this, no one can know how I mourn.
The pain in my back is alive.
The world makes me a man but I am a boy.
A boy in need of a Mother
A BOY.
I am running fast, my little legs carrying me to lengths.
I am light and the birds follow me.
The music of the trees should be enough.
But I am slipping to the memories of old.
When I was a man buried in worries and wrongs.
“The world makes me a man but I am a boy” Addressed to me

Here we stand, actors on this stage…

💞💞
That is typical of boys.
They always travel light.
They go to wherever their legs can carry them to. Everything call their name.
This is well thought out. Keep it up
